Two Minute, Two Egg Omelet Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk (OR half&half or heavy whipping cream)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup dry add-in's (shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped veggies)
Mix eggs, milk, and salt together thoroughly in ceramic egg cooker; add in dry ingredients and mix. Place lid on and microwave for 2 minutes. Let sit in microwave for 1 minute. Using a non-metal scraper or other coated utensil, loosen omelet around edges if needed, then turn cooker upside down onto plate and allow omelet to fall out.
